I want to show you the beauty hidden in small things.
The quiet, overlooked and almost forgotten details of the natural world.
As a child, I explored the world around me with a magnifying glass. I would wander through the garden, looking closely at flowers, plants and insects. The hidden spaces inside flowers became tiny universes. Insects became fairies. Plants became magical forests.
That way of seeing never really left me.
As a teenager, I got my first digital camera with a macro setting, and it became a new way for me to explore the world. Creativity has always been part of my life. Over the years, I have studied music, photography and retouching - fields where I could combine technical precision with emotion, atmosphere and visual storytelling.
Painting came to me later in adulthood, through an almost instinctive pull towards watercolor. At the time, I needed to work more with my hands and return to something slower, softer and more physical. Since images have always been my language, and water - lakes, seas, ponds and quiet shorelines - has always been a place of safety for me, watercolor felt like a natural home.
Nature is where I return when I need rest, clarity and inspiration. Botanical forms, flowers, textures and small natural details bring me a sense of calm. I am drawn to the things that are easy to miss: the curve of a petal, the rhythm of leaves, the quiet structure of a seed pod, the way light changes the surface of something ordinary.
Through my paintings and photography, I try to preserve that feeling: the moment when the world becomes slower, closer and more alive.
My work is created for calm, thoughtful homes, and for people who find beauty in subtle details, natural forms and quiet moments.
Now I want to share my small corner of the world with you.
My work includes original botanical watercolor paintings and fine art photography, often inspired by flowers, plants, textures, Nordic nature and the quiet details I notice on walks, in gardens and in everyday surroundings. Each piece is created slowly and carefully, with attention to atmosphere, color, texture and the feeling it can bring into a room.
All original artworks are created by me in my studio in Sweden. Some pieces are sold framed, while others are sold unframed so you can choose a frame that suits your own home. Each artwork is packed carefully and shipped with care.
