By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Products
This website sells original artworks, and printed reproductions of original watercolor paintings and photographs created by Sabina Hannila (Kreativ Katastrof). Some artworks are sold framed, while others are sold unframed. This is stated on each individual product page.
Original artworks
Original artworks are unique physical works of art. Minor variations in color, texture, paper surface, brushstrokes and materials may occur and are a natural part of the artwork.
I do my best to display the artworks as accurately as possible on the website, but color reproduction may vary depending on screen, lighting conditions and individual screen settings.
Framed and unframed artworks
If an artwork is sold framed, this is clearly stated on the product page. In that case, the frame is included in the price and delivery.
If an artwork is sold unframed, only the artwork itself is included. Any images showing the artwork in a frame are for example or styling purposes only, unless otherwise stated.
Prices and payment
All prices are listed in Swedish kronor, SEK.
Prices include VAT.
Payment is made through the payment options offered at checkout. Your order will be processed after payment has been completed.
Orders
When you complete a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. Please check that all information is correct and contact me as soon as possible if anything is wrong.
A purchase is binding once payment has been completed and the order has been confirmed.
I reserve the right to cancel an order if, due to technical reasons, an item has been sold despite already being sold out, or if an obvious pricing error or incorrect product information has been listed.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address you provide at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is stated on the website or in connection with the purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, framing, packing, public holidays and shipping carrier.
Original and printed artworks are carefully packed to protect them during transport. Framed artworks require extra protective packaging and may therefore have a longer handling time.
Shipping
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase, unless shipping is included in the price.
You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, an uncollected parcel or another circumstance caused by the customer, additional costs for new shipping may apply.
Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is therefore returned to me, you may be charged for return shipping, handling and any additional shipping costs.
An uncollected parcel does not automatically count as exercising your right of withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must clearly notify me by email within the withdrawal period.
Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing at a distance.

Custom-made artworks
Custom-made artworks, commissioned paintings or other products created according to your specific wishes may be exempt from the right of withdrawal.
If a purchase is covered by such an exemption, you will be informed before the order is completed.
Copyright
All artworks, images, photographs, texts and digital files on this website are protected by copyright and belong to Sabina Hannila/Kreativ Katastrof, unless otherwise stated.
When you purchase an original artwork, print or digital product, you do not purchase the copyright to the image or motif. You may own the physical artwork, but you may not reproduce it, resell it as an image file, use it for marketing, create products based on the motif or distribute it without written permission.
Complaints
If a product is faulty, you have the right to make a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Contact me at info@sabinahannila.se and include your order number, a description of the fault and images. A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you noticed, or should have noticed, the fault.
Complaints do not apply to damage caused by improper handling, accidents, moisture, direct sunlight, unsuitable framing, negligence or normal ageing of materials.
Care of artworks
Original artworks and prints should be handled with care. Avoid direct sunlight, high humidity, large temperature changes and contact with water.
For works on paper, professional framing with acid-free materials and protective glass is recommended, unless the artwork is already sold framed.
Disputes
If you as a consumer have a complaint, I ask that you first contact me at info@sabinahannila.se, so that we can try to find a solution.
If we cannot reach an agreement, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, ARN. I follow ARN’s recommendations.

Return policy

This Return and Withdrawal Policy applies to purchases made via kreativkatastrof.se from Studio Sabina Hannila, Swedish organisation number 198803066946.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing at a distance, for example through an online shop.
The withdrawal period begins on the day after you, or someone appointed by you, have received the item. If your order contains several items that are delivered at different times, the withdrawal period begins on the day after you have received the final item.

Returns of original artworks
Original artworks can be returned within the withdrawal period, provided that you notify me within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
The artwork must be returned in substantially the same condition as it was received. You may inspect the artwork in a way that is necessary to assess it, but if the artwork has been handled more than necessary and this has caused a reduction in value, a deduction may be made from the refund.
This applies to both framed and unframed original artworks.
Framed artworks
If an artwork is sold framed, the frame is included as part of the product. In the event of a return, both the artwork and the frame must be returned together, in the same protective packaging or equivalent secure packaging.
Because framed artworks are fragile, it is important that they are packed very carefully when returned. If the artwork or frame is damaged due to insufficient return packaging, this may affect the refund.
Unframed artworks
Unframed artworks must be returned in protective packaging equivalent to the packaging in which the artwork was delivered. Please take extra care to protect the paper, corners, surface and any sensitive edges.
Return shipping
You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost when exercising your right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed.
You are responsible for packing the item safely and returning it using a secure and trackable shipping method. I recommend that you keep the receipt and tracking number until the return has been received and processed.

Refunds
Once you have notified me that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, the amount will be refunded no later than within 14 days. I have the right to wait with the refund until I have received the returned item, or until you have shown that the item has been sent back.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
If you chose a more expensive delivery option than standard shipping, the additional cost for the more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been made according to your specific instructions or that otherwise have a clear personal character. This may include custom-made original artworks, commissioned paintings or other artworks created especially for you according to your wishes.
If an artwork is covered by such an exception, you will be informed before the purchase is completed.
Complaints regarding faulty items
If an item is faulty, you have the right to make a complaint in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. The right to make a complaint applies for three years from the date you received the item.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you discover a fault. Describe the fault and preferably include images if it concerns transport damage, damage to the artwork or another visible defect.
Complaints do not apply to damage caused by improper handling, accidents, moisture, direct sunlight, unsuitable framing, negligence or normal ageing of materials.
Transport damage
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, document the damage immediately with photographs before opening the package. Please also save the packaging.
